How do I request a sample box for my business?

Simply fill out the form to the right and submit it. We will be in contact shortly after to confirm your request has been received.

How long will delivery take?

All retail orders are estimated to be delivered in 3-5 business days from when the order was placed. Some exceptions may apply. Wholesale order delivery may very since we order all of our matcha fresh from our suppliers. Contact us for more info.

Where is your matcha from?

All of our matcha comes directly form Japan, farm to cup. We source from a variety of different farms to ensure we can not only offer the best matcha, but one of the largest varieties of blends, taste profiles and uses as possible.

Is your Organic matcha USDA certified?

Yes, all of our organic matcha is certified organic by the USDA and also needs to meet the requirements of the JAS (Japenese Agricultural Standard

If I don't own a business, can I still receive a sample box?

Unfortunately, we do not offer complimentary sample boxes to our retail customers. If you have any questions about our blends or need any recommendations, please shoot us an email, phone call or use the contact form above

What about shipping and delivery?

We fulfill all retail  orders with 2 business days  (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS). Once a package is picked up by the carrier, you must reach out directly to the USPS to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.
